We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to operate the Follow Up Pro app. These are required for the service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. Examples include cookies that:

• Remember your session and keep you signed in.
• Maintain security and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Store your interface preferences (such as expanded panels).

When you sign in to Follow Up Pro, our authentication provider stores a secure session token in your browser's local storage. This token lets you stay signed in across pages and is removed when you sign out.

Follow Up Pro does not currently set third-party analytics or advertising cookies on its marketing or public chat pages. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Some pages may load resources from trusted third parties that may set their own cookies, including:

• Stripe — when you reach a checkout page, Stripe sets cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — if you arrive via a Lead Ad, Meta may set its own cookies on Meta-hosted pages.

These third parties operate under their own privacy and cookie policies.

You can control or delete cookies at any time:

• Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies (see your browser's help pages).
• Clear your browser's local storage to remove your sign-in session.
• Use private / incognito browsing to prevent cookies persisting between sessions.

Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of Follow Up Pro from working, including signing in to your account.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
