Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Follow Up Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Follow Up Pro provides automated lead response, qualification and booking tools for UK trades and service businesses. We use AI-assisted messaging, email, SMS, WhatsApp and integrations with third-party platforms to help businesses respond to enquiries.
3. Business accounts
To use most features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information and have authority to act on behalf of the business you represent.
4. Customer enquiries and consent
When you submit an enquiry through a Follow Up Pro form or connected advertising platform, you consent to being contacted by the business and by Follow Up Pro regarding your enquiry. You may opt out of further communications at any time.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose). Prices are listed exclusive of VAT where applicable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
6. Free trials
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. Trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand from your billing settings. Only one free trial is available per business.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
8. Refund policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law (including your statutory rights under UK consumer law). If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use Follow Up Pro to send spam, harass individuals, collect data without consent, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, reverse-engineer the service, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
10. Intellectual property
The Follow Up Pro service, including its software, branding, design and content, is owned by Follow Up Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as business information and customer enquiries) and grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the service.
11. Limitation of liability
Follow Up Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-business damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
12. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others. You may close your account at any time. On termination, we will delete or anonymise your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify business users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
